You can access your Balozi SACCO records easily! Please see below:

1. Dial *882# to view your account balances and/or apply for M-cash loan
2. Download Xmobi Customer app (on Google play store) and follow the instructions below to set your device

Follow the instructions below to setup Xmobi Customer app (download from Google play store)

1. Tap Settings, under Default bank, select Balozi Sacco. Enter your ID number and save settings
2. Tap Request Password/Register Device, use the cellphone option (local) or email option (members outside the country), enter your number or email address and click request password
3. You will receive an sms with a verification code, the system will auto-verify and generate a pin. For diaspora members, you will receive an email with the verification code, enter this code on the 'Manual verification' tab , the system will verify the code and generate a pin.
4. Change the provided pin (change password option)
5. Account registration completed. Select customer statement to view detailed information on your account. Other available options are guarantor, guarantees and dividends statements, m-cash loan application
